Could a residential property be 'available for rent' without hot water? I've searched the residential-tenancies-act.pdf and the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010 as a .mht file and can find, in those 2 files, references only to water availability as a requirement for tenancy.
Section 45(1)(ca) of the .pdf file, states:
"If the premises do not have a reticulated water supply, provide adequate means for the collection and storage of water;...", but the adjective 'hot' isn't obvious.
Is 'hot' water, as a requirement, specified in another New Zealand law?
Thanks.
