Hi,
I have an idea for a small solo service based business but I do not know how to go about setting it up. Are there any agencies that can help. What are the first things a new business should do to ensure that the business is a success?
The first thing you should do is craft a start-up
business plan which would include the following:
A) Executive Summary
B) Company Summary
C) Products (or Services)
D) Market Analysis
E) Implementation Strategy
F) Sales Strategy
G) Management Summary
H) Financial Plan
You'll need something like this if you are
also looking to get external financing for
your start-up business.
Also, as you begin to run your new business,
make sure you monitor your cashflow constantly.
Cashflow problems are the number one reason
new business fail.
So true. Business plans are definitely a "must"
A Solo business is a business where there is only one person working it. I will be all things to the business hence the name Solo.
I have had a look at business plans and from what I see they can be as complicated or as simple as the person writing them up needs them to be. I hope this start-up will be self financing so I see the business plan being the lay-out of what I hope to achieve over a period of time.
I'm going to start a hot dog vending business in Jacksonville and I need all sorts of advice - particularly about licenses, permits and commissaries. Thanks.
The first is an independent business? I'm sorry that I have ever heard. Make sure your customers and you know what I think is that you can market to customers. In addition, make sure you are selling, people want to.
Well starting the hot dog business. This will groove day-by-day. Just keep on faith and keep on going. The long term for business development.
Well If you are looking for developing the business is out standing and making the business good and groove.
Starting a solo business is great which will help to make the serve the market which will be beneficial for the same.
Independent business running is a great task on handling every thing one hand its a great task also making the business needs market review and search also. Market is planning a biggest role in developing the business also..Best of Luck.

First off what is a solo business? Sorry I have never heard of that before. The keys I think are to know your customers and make sure you can market it to those customers. Also make sure what you are selling, people want.
